On Thursday, 27th May 2022, Phreesia, a leader in patient intake, outreach and activation, and KLAS, a healthcare research and insights firm announced the significant report. The main intention of this report is to shed light on preferences and expectations of patients for the technology they interact with as a part of their healthcare experience.
This report is the outcome of a survey intended to well understand feelings of patient on a range of topics, involving how they want to schedule appointments, their participation on telehealth visits and their interaction with their doctor.
The reason for Phreesia and KLAS collaboration is the common objective of enhancing healthcare and the patient experience. Both of the organizations also recognize that voices and preferences of patients are not always reflected in healthcare technology.
